ORDER PROCESSING:
UmpireXpress makes every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received. Our standard cut-off time for daily order processing is 4:00 pm CST Monday - Friday. Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday.
NEXT DAY and 2nd DAY SERVICE:
Next Day and 2nd Day shipping service is available for orders placed before 4 p.m. CST for in-stock items only. In-Stock items that are shipped via Next Day service arrive in (1) business day after leaving our distribution center and 2nd Day service arrive in (2) business days after leaving our distribution center. Deliveries for Next Day and 2nd Day service are made Mondays through Fridays only. *Some items may require additional shipping charges that must be added to charges listed above.

Backordered items are always shipped via Standard Ground shipping. Standard Ground shipping is not available for US Territories.

In stock items may SHIP AHEAD, when backordered items are also included in an order. If an order is SHIPPED AHEAD and the shipping method is by air, (Next Day, Next Day Saver, 2nd Day Air) the backordered items will ship via UPS Ground when received. (Backordered items are shipped UPS Ground because the majority of the Next Day, Next Day Saver, 2nd Day Air charges are attached to the first item/weight to be shipped. Most of the time additional items are only an incremental part of the entire shipping charge. To keep from having to charge the customer an additional charge, We ship additional items via UPS Ground at Umpire Express expense). You will not be billed for any additional shipping. International orders will not be SHIPPED AHEAD.

Our hassle-free returns policy allows you to return any unused or defective item for a full refund or credit within 30 days of purchase by simply returning the item(s) to the address below:

Returns and exchanges are handled without charge if done within 30 days. If you aren't 100% satisfied, merchandise can be returned for exchange, credit or refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Simply include your name, address and order number with your return or exchange.
Special Note on Returns
Try on each item BEFORE you wear it for a game. Once an item has been worn, it MAY NOT be returned except for a manufacturer's defect. SHOES are not returnable if worn, and are not returnable for any reason after the original season for which they were purchased - shoes may only last one season!
HATS MUST BE RETURNED IN A BOX. We will not exchange, credit or refund any hat that is not shipped in a box. Pants that have been hemmed or altered are not returnable and those alteration charges are not refundable.

Sorry, but we cannot refund any shipping charges unless the problem originated here. This means that if you return or refuse any package then you will be credited for the items in your order (as long as it within our return guidelines) but NOT for your shipping charges.
